This new LG beauty will be officially announced at the Mobile World Congress, but in the mean time we have been treated to a picture and a heads-up on the specification of this impressive new touchscreen handset from the Korean manufacturer. Luckily for us we also have some insider info that will make you drool even more.
Named the LG Arena KM900 (and previously dubbed the Opera) it’s a considerable step forward for LG as it features a brand-new 3D user-interface named S-Class, which in the picture bears more than a passing resemblance to a certain other highly successful touchscreen handset! We’re hoping the casing turns out to actually be brushed aluminum rather than a metallic ‘look’ too - but overall this is a great looking mobile from LG.

The Arena is set to be a range topper and boasts a 5 megapixel camera, high-quality video, 3G connectivity with HSDPA, a-GPS, Wi-Fi and DivX video playback with video output. It’s Dolby Mobile Approved, sports a very healthy 7.5GB of internal memory a 3.5mm stereo jack and a FM radio.
Theres not much more you could want from a phone that the Arena doesn’t have, throw in an expandable memory port and you’ll have utopia. The Arena is expected to be a hit at the MWC this year, and we have heard a March 2nd release date which confirms Unwired View’s March release guess.
