PC manufacturer, Dell has launched two new smartphones, the Venue and Venue Pro in the Indian market.
Priced at Rs29,990, Venue is an Android 2.2 smartphone powered by a 1GHz processor. It comes with a 4.1-inch AM-OLED display with curved corning gorilla glass, 8-megapixel camera, ActiveSync and QuickOffice support for business applications.
Venue Pro is Dell's first Microsoft Windows 7 based smartphone. Designed in a slider format, the Venue Pro features a QWERTY keypad and comes with XBOX Live and other Widows applications.
Like the Venue, the Venue Pro also features a 4.1-inch AMOLED touch display and a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It comes with 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus, 512MB RAM and 8GB onboard storage but doesn't feature a memory card slot.
The Venue Pro is priced at Rs34,990 for the Indian market.
